Our nanny didn’t think I could make enough food to feed us all just using stuff in the fridge. Challenge accepted! - Pizza (I might have forgotten about it 🙄 but the kids happily ate it anyways) - Homemade garlic bread - Dill seasoned carrots - Queso beef taco filling - Ranch chicken taco filling - Chipotle Ranch, Salsa, tortillas for tacos - Apples - Fresh squeezes lemonade All done in 45 minutes and we had enough leftover for lunch tomorrow. I’ve still been sticking with #whole30 style #tacotuesday but now with chips. 😉 This slow cooker chicken was 👌 and EASY! 🌮 2 lbs chicken breast 🌮 1-2 tsp avocado oil 🌮 1 can rotel 🌮 2 TB Wildtree Chipotle Lime 🌮 Salt Crockpot on low for 6-7 hours and shred!
