Starting my week right! • Did 45 minutes tonight on level 7 on the elliptical! I tried to push hard and I definitely felt like I pushed myself. • My issue is, I feel like I need to start using machines for my core...and I have NO idea how to use any of them! I am so self-conscious and feel like the idiot who is being judged for not using machines correctly. I know I shouldn't care if people are judging me, because we are all there for the same reason--to improve ourselves!! And I do want to use the machines correctly, but feel sooo out of place. Morning workouts done and done! Much easier when GRANDMA'S in town!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The girls absolutely love having her here, playing barbies, singing songs etc....... Me, I'm just so glad to have my mum here❤️😌 ......... also isn't bad that she brings the washing fairy too!!!!! 😂😂
DAY 5: New recipes . Nothing makes me feel more human (and more happy, let's be real) than grocery shopping day! No matter how grumpy I am, produce shopping always seems to cheer me up. And who can be irritable with a fridge full of amazing super foods like the brussel sprouts and kale I picked up for hella cheap at my local farmers market :) . Not featured is about $70 worth of canned foods, granola, seeds, raisins, sauces, dark chocolate, vegetable juice, and fruits 🍫🍍 . Unfortunately it's too late to meal prep and I still have a Con Law capstone to struggle through, but I'm super excited to make some great meals tomorrow!
