An easy tool to calculate your predicted calorie intake to maintain your weight and for sustainable fat loss. - Key word...predicted. The number should be dynamic and change when needed.
What is your goal, and more importantly, why do you have that goal? - An effective tool is to reverse engineer back from you goal to find out why you have that goal. - Example: Goal: lose 5kgs Reverse Engineer: why am I in the position that I need to lose 5kg? - If you correct the underlying problem, the goal will be much easier to achieve and sustain.
Oats look like the better option here, could even add some sweetness for the extra calories. - What do you think?
Eating well, sleeping well, exercising, and drinking water are all important, but just remember, none of us are getting out of here alive. - Make sure there’s room in you life for something tasty, a reason to stay up late once in a while, a reason to skip the odd exercise session, and times where you drink something with bubbles. - Don’t forget to enjoy life!
