Questo era un 12+12 ^4 (12 con un peso sostenibile e 12 con un peso più basso che mi permette di controllare ancora di più l’esecuzione e sentire “l’apertura”) Anche se sto reindirizzandomi verso la corsa,ho deciso che non abbandonerò la palestra ed il motivo è semplice: ora, ho una massa muscolare che solo con la corsa avevo eliminato. Verso ottobre novembre, in pieno overtraining, correvo solamente. Ero arrivata a bruciare letteralmente tutta la massa, perché non vi era ne un giusto apporto di cibo che compensasse gli sforzi, ne un allenamento ben calibrato dietro ai km e km di lunghi. Per ora, i lavori di corsa non saranno eccessivi/eccessivamente pesanti: mi sto ancora riprendendo e non ha senso bruciare le tappe. Motivo per cui continuerò ad allenarmi concentrandomi sulla parte superiore (che è stimolata poco-nulla durante l’atto della corsa) e un allenamento per la parte bassa. .
