Officially Day 1 - Getting in some delicious smoothies before I start juicing for a few weeks. Time to clean out and clear up. Chia, raspberries, banana, chia seeds, coconut milk and organigreens. So freaking good!! It’s not the easiest of tasks to commit to juicing for a few weeks but it’s one that is well worth it. If we don’t have our health, we have nothing.
