A one sheet pan dinner I made the other day. I know you're all looking at this like, how is that dinner? That's not enough food. But let me just say I eat a lot of snacks between when I get home from work and dinner, so this was the perfect amount of food for me🤗 Roasted Brussel sprouts, carrots, and sweet potatoes in a sriracha, tamari, garlic, maple sauce. So yummy 😋
