Something for you if you are struggling with your Weighted Pull up. I was badly struggling with mine until I put this Practice together. *Weighted Tactical Pull up as in Tactical Thumbless grip and bar contact with Chest or Neck. ———————————— The main ingredient is CAT (Compensatory acceleration training). It got me to where I need to be in around 5 weeks. Start with low weights on the pull and work up.
