Went to a meeting with a prospect at the Fitness Expo here in Syd. I reckon the average body fat percentage of the folks demonstrating the equipment must be around 9%. ‘ABS’olutley (couldn’t resist!) amazing levels of fitness. Better go for a run! What are you doing to improve your health?

The answer is...both! - - - ☑️Weights... * Burns More Calories Long Term * Builds strength & Lean, Toned Muscle * Increases Bone Density & Overall Health - - - ☑️Cardio... * Burns More Calories Short Term * Decreases Stress & Improves Your Mood * Improves Recovery Time from Weights Workouts - - - So often everything in the fitness industry is either black or white and often biased towards whatever the trainer personally likes to do. In reality both weights and cardio have numerous benefits and I would recommend doing a bit of each. Why limit ourselves? :) - - - And remember the most important thing if your goal is fat loss...is to achieve a calorie deficit. No amount of either weights or cardio will work if you're just eating too many calories.
