Manage Your Off Days.// I'm about to be real harsh with you. - The world is a funny place. - It's not fair and it doesn't owe you anything. - Just because you're nice doesn't mean that girl will be friends with you. - Just because you said your affirmations doesn't mean that boy will all of a sudden fall in love with you. OK? - That doesn't mean you should stop doing these things just don't get upset if you don't get what you want because of them. - Now back to the original topic ^_^. - Something you really need to focus on is the actions you are taking daily towards your goal. - It's okay to have one bad day a week but if you're having three or more then that's a problem. And I'm tempted to tell you just to give up seriously... - Life will give you enough surprise obstacles, so for you to purposely give in to a lazy mood or rationalize reasons to fall of your plan is pretty bad. And I'm sorry to say this but if you keep acting this way then you'll always be who you are now and you'll never change. Read that twice and feel that because it's true. - You don't need anything to help you get back on track. - If you feel lazy then be a winner and ignore the feeling. You ignore the feeling of staying in bed instead of going to work right? So what's the difference? - Nothing. And if you whine about how hard it is in your mind just stop. It's not hard. It's just saying no to temptations and everyday recommitting to being the new you. And guess what? - Everyday it'll get easier. - Remember winners don't quit and don't give in to temptation three days a week. Maybe one but not three. - And if you still find that even with the Gurus you follow on instagram, YouTube and the self help books and emails you read, that you're still failing then you need a COACH. - So remember that as you finish this week up strong. - Drop a thumbs up emoji below if hear what I'm saying. - Cheers dolls
How to tell if you're a winner: Simple. - Ask yourself one question. - What were you doing two years ago and have you gotten better since then? - Skip the add on's. For example "I'm better but I'm not where I want to be" or "Yes, I have xyz but I'm blah blah age so I should have xyz anyway." - Just chill. - If you said you're better then you're a winner. You know why? - Because there's a lot of people doing a lot of "I wish it was 2015..." or "I regret this..." and "If I only had done this back then... " - And guess what that's not you. That's not me. And that's not what we are doing over here... - So keep working but ALSO pat your self on the back. Cause you're on the WINNERS team babe. - We win. - Cheers.
