ROASTED CINNAMON SWEET POTATO 🍠 - Something a lil sweet and a lil savoury that goes with anything 👌🏼 - Simply lightly coat cubed sweet potato in olive or coconut oil. Sprinkle over some cinnamon, sea salt and cracked pepper and roast in the oven until its crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. - For today’s lunch I added it to my salmon salad - mixed greens, roasted capsicum, cinnamon sweet potato, tinned salmon then drizzled with tahini dressing. - Don’t be afraid to get creative in the kitchen and experiment with different flavours and spices. You never know, you just might find yourself a new quirky combo that tastes delicious! 😋
