This week on Instagram we’re starting a discussion on the 5 dimensions of Self Care. Today’s topic: Physical Self Care. This is the most common form of self care that people practice, and it’s probably the first thing that comes to mind when you think of taking care of your body. Here are some way you can practice physical self care: •Compliment one physical attribute you love about yourself •Eat well. Think of food as fuel. Just as you water plants to grow, your body needs the proper fuel to thrive. •Develop a consistent workout that you love. Find an activity you really enjoy doing, and stick to it. •Take extra time on washing your face, cleaning your hair, doing your nails and makeup throughout the week. Even if it’s jut putting 10 extra minutes in... it’s a wonderful thing to take pride in your outward appearance.
The art of matching your teapot with your blue wall. And the art of shooting a quick picture between two pupils and post it right away.. I think I should post quicker, do you have the same indecisiveness with posting as I? 🙄
Pleased to see the sunshine hard at work this morning. The snow might not be quite gone, but the sunshine is throwing some uplifting pools of light into the house and I’ve a feeling we’ll be out enjoying the fresh air in no time ⛅️ Also have a clean house (insert smug face here) #caramademedoit#theonlyinstaspotinthehouse
Happy Monday ☕️ quite literally today, we’re off for a one last wander around Paris today before heading back to reality. • I’m mostly sad to be leaving this beautiful city but I’m looking forward to being back with Morgan and the buns! We’ve already planned a quiet weekend next weekend 🙌🏼 • Also between Sophie and I we’ve managed to film a fair bit in Paris so excited to that up next week. 👀 #rushandtravel
I'm so done with this cold weather, can it just be spring already?! Coffee fuel before I tackle the inbox and get my home office ready for shooting, I threw out four bags of rubbish, including a backlog of bank statements from the mid-2000s 😆 and old notebooks yesterday - it felt so good! And now I don't actually have anything to put in those cabinets I've put up 🤣
