When people say bulking season they think they can eat whatever they want in the picture to the right that is what i did. One the left i have a different mindeset in improvement season staying somewhat lean while gaining size. By just changing something as simple as a mindset and diet results can happen. Fatigued but happy! The funny thing about life is that, we all get knocked down in so many different ways. If you haven’t experienced adversity, let downs, short comings, heart breaks, you’re a VIRIGIN in life. Everybody can act all good and cool when everything is going good, but it’s when things are going bad.. that’s when your true color and character pops out😉. I wish everybody nothing but happiness because they all faking it now days🤣🙏🏻.
Consistency is key! You will have good days you will have bad days. But stick with it, and be patient. Every small step will add up eventualy. A few things to keep in mind are: 💡 •Find out how many calories you need for your body per day. Find a TDEE calculator online ( Total Daily Energy Expenditure ) and calculate this. • Be in a caloric defecit. Make sure you are burning more calories that you are consuming. Calories in vs Calories out. If you are not doing this you can work your ass off but nothing is gonna happen. • Workout at least 20/30 min a day. Jumprope is fast and efficient for this. Since you can burn up to 250 cal in just 20 min. 🙌🏽 Unless you enjoy being on a threadmill for an hour/ hour and a half and only burn around 150 cal. 🤔😉 •Still eat the stuff you like but make sure you are at a 80 - 20 ratio. For healthy foods and Junk. Yes you can have that piece of cake 🍰 or that oreo coockie 🍪 Just don't eat the whole damn cake or coockie. 😉 And make sure you are still in your daily calorie amount. •Ofcourse all this won't work in a day or 2. You will make mistakes, f*ck up every now and then. But practice makes perfect and you will find a way. But just start and give it a go. 🏃🏽♂️ •Disclaimer 😉 I am NO personal trainer OR nutrition specialist. Just sharing what works for me and what I learned during my journey.
