“Be present” This is something I’ve been struggling with a lot lately! Im jumping into a business that is almost entirely ran on social media. Every comment, like, and message are instantly sent to my phone. It’s SO easy for me to get sucked into my business, networking, or even just scrolling through Instagram when I’m supposed to be present somewhere else ••Today is the first day I’m going to time block my day. I WILL be present in what I am doing without thinking about what else I should be doing or what comes next•• How can you be more present throughout your day?
