Hey people! 👋 So, as of yesterday I woke up from a birthday splurge! I just turned 23 and of course I celebrated by both doing some extra fun stuff (did a bit of rock climbing and went for a nice run outside!) but I also totally splurged on my diet (I had the worst dinner 🍔🥓🎂lol). Anyway even though the weight is still low on this I’m feeling pretty good about it! I’m starting to feel challenged on some of it (mainly upper body stuff) and I’m glad I’m getting the extra form practice in general! (Oh btw, I accidentally switched bench for OHP today lol oops!) Squat: 110lbs, OHP 45lbsx3 50lbsx2, Row 70lbs!
Despite having to drop from 6 to 4 days a week due to a tremendous workload, size still keeps packing on. . Body composition at the moment is still hovering between 78-80kg, but a lot leaner with more mass. . Something is clearly working 😉 . Today was 'rep day' upper body and hit a PB in seated barbell overhead presses, and got 45kg for 15 reps as the top set. . I think it must've been the company of little bro, Martin, that made the difference 😉 . Super stoked, as it's nearly what I'm pressing overhead standing (55kg). .
