🌏 Earth Day Sensory Play 🌏 . . How cool is this? Inspired by @2little_lims_learning and @momducator we decided to create our own oobleck Earth. We followed the recipe; 2 parts cornflour to one part water then used blue and yellow food dye to make our colours 💚💛💙 . Mr 5 had a great time with this one. Mr 17 months screamed to get involved but wouldn’t let us help him #mrindependent 🙄 so after he mixed up the white part and drizzled it in he headed off for a nap leaving big brother time to have a little fun with the mixing stick and pipette. We’re heading out shortly to pick up rubbish at the park and beach (Mr 5’s idea) as a practical activity to celebrate Earth Day. . . . . . . . #sensoryplay#sensoryplayideas#oobleck#invitationtoplay#playtray#messyplay#earthday2018#baysidecottageplay
We 💚 Oobleck - a sustainable, fun substance (corn starch + water!) which gets harder when you apply pressure and softer when left alone. Come meet us, play with oobleck, and learn some ASL!!!! #skidmoresignmore#earthday#oobleck
OOBLECK: First time making this, and Leo was skeptical. I find new things I have to do three or four times before he really gets his hands in there. He did think it was really funny, I got lots of giggles, and he enjoyed the animal bath post slime 🐄 🐴 🐑 🦆 I did 3 cups cornstarch, 1.5 cups water, and food coloring. We will definitely try again. How do you make oobleck and what is your favorite thing to do with it?!?!
