I do 💁 But the word 'raspberry' on your store-bought raspberry jam may be making you oblivious to the ridiculously high sugar content of it (usually over 50% is sugar) ◯ The Australian Dietary Guidelines have even labelled jam as a "discretionary" food, along with doughnuts, chocolate and lollies, due to the amount of ADDED sugar in the standard store-bought ones. 😦 ◯ But remember that it's NOT the naturally occurring sugars in fruits that are a problem. So instead, why not take 10 minutes to make your own? Here I blended frozen raspberries, chia seeds and a touch of water.
