You will never feel like doing the things in your life that are tough, difficult, uncertain or new. You have to stop waiting to feel like doing those things and make the decision to do them. Your brain is literally hard wired to draw you away from things that are tough, difficult tasks or things that are uncertain and scary. The small hesitation to act to do those things sends a stress signal to your brain that something could potentially be wrong and we begin the magnify risk even if it is very small. You can trace every problem and complaint in your life to silence and hesitation, as they are also decisions. You are one decision away from a totally different life. Try counting down from 5 next time you go to hesitate to do something important, before your brain talks you out of it. Dont hesitate.
