First sess in our new home yesterday after a good week off. I went light, felt weak and just went through the movements. Progress wise I’m feeling skinny and I get that that is a ridiculous thing to say but I do. I need to get my calories up. So that’s what I’m working on at the moment. 🙋🏽‍♀️ We’re settling in well to our new home and have a huge to do list 😍. Today though the kids and I are going to explore a ltl bit. 🌊

I never leave my work outs till the last minute... I’m a get it done or your not allowed to leave the house until it’s COMPLETE ✅ but today was a bit off schedule!! Hair appt first thing in the a.m. then a million errands.. Ok so the point of this whole thing is that come 430 still hadn’t had a minute for a work out and finally talked myself into it.  But you know what that didn’t work out as planned either and so I hit the streets!! Typically I do 3 miles and I’m all set, but today bc I missed my regularly scheduled work out I pushed myself for 4. 🔅OK NOW FOR THE REAL POINT🔅People always ask how I find time to work out and eat right.  You know what... I don’t.... I have a ton of other shit to do...... I have two kids 👩‍👦‍👦one of which is super busy and super draining🌪! I work part time outside the home and work running a business from home.  I DONT HAVE EXTRA TIME, I MAKE IT!  A little tough love 💗 ..... but if you want to learn how to make time for you, how to make this time that no one thinks exists, the time people think I’m lucky to have... let me know.... reach out. We start another 3️⃣ week journey 5/7 and guess what I want to help 5️⃣ ladies find the time for them, find the time to get healthy for them so that in the end their life explodes happy and heatlthy all over everyone around them. Let’s chat surgeries... #gastricbypass to be SPECIFIC!!⬇️ Only 2️⃣ reasons I wanted to go through with it!! 1. Insurance pays for it! 2. Lose weight easy!! When I went for a consultation I was 300lbs they said I needed to lose at least 50lbs to qualify!! I had 6️⃣ months to do so.... I worked my tail off but I did it! I started eating healthier and walking 🚶‍♀️ I dropped the 50 and qualified.  BUT WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?! I worked so hard to lose all that weight just for a surgery WHY couldn’t I just keep going and lose it the NATURAL way and be proud of myself?!?! Lazy I’d say!🙄 Boy if I knew the consequences post surgery I would of made a smarter decision and talked myself out of it!!! None the less I was a single mom and I could of DIED during this procedure!!!!😱 Common long term complications:: -bowel obstruction -dumping syndrome that results in diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, -gallstones -hypoglycemia I’VE GOT ALL OF THEM unfortunately!!! My stomach will never be the same, neither will my organs!!! I have a large intestine and half my stomach floating around somewhere in there.🤢 7 scars — 5 from the weight loss surgery and 2 from having to get my gallbladder removed due to gallstones and pancreatitis!🤕 If I only I wasn’t so lazy! If only I wanted to eat healthy! If only I wanted to exercise daily! If I wasn’t so cheap! Only If I quit making an excuse! I could have accomplished this myself and felt better that I did it on my own but no! Decided to get my stomach cut in half that only grew back 🤦‍♀️ If you are someone considering this surgery PLEASE DON’T talk to me and let me help!  If you are someone who is a post-patient reach out! Day 165 - checkin day... Weight - 144lbs  After a week of not being so harsh on diet (bad Anita) there’s little changes in physique.. I’ve not been looking after my body as I should be... been given a talking to by the best coach 😳 @rosspotterpt  I have less than a week to get this mess photo shoot beautiful 🤔 cardio on the up and new diet plan first thing 😅 let’s see what we can do in a week.
