✨Try It Thursday✨Finishers... soooo good for fat loss. 👌🏼 A metabolic finisher is a short bout of high intensity exercise (no more than 5-10 minutes!) designed to give you that liiiiitttle extra metabolic burn after a strength workout. I like to add them in to my “cardio bucket” twice a week... not every day and not on top of other high intensity cardio...because remember the minimum effective dose of cardio is what keeps your hormones happy! # Today’s finisher after my upper body lift was a combo of rope slams and triceps walk ups. You could try: 💪🏼 30 seconds of each for 3-5 rounds 💪🏼 AMRAP in 5 minutes alternating between 10-12 walks + 15-20 slams Let me know how breathless you get and how your arms feel after trying this one!
