Following Earth Day yesterday, we have been reminded of the role Isadora Nim can play in conscious fashion. Our pieces are designed to last a lifetime and we encourage our clients to return for alterations as our bodies change over the years. Small changes in how we shop can make a big difference 💭💭💭
►►CARING◀︎◀︎ for not only the Earth today but for myself. Soaking in this quiet time by making myself this two headed coyote and replacing all of my dollar tree spoons, writing lots, reading, noticing when I inhale and when I exhale. It’s all important and it’s all perfect. I hope you are finding time to lean in to yourself today. 💛✨👩🏼🌾 #selfcaresundays#woodintimations
cour•age - the willingness to try . Grateful for one decision that has impacted my entire life for the better, a company that is in complete alignment with my mission and values, & for all of the courageous people I get to do life with. #healthyinsideandout#gtc2018
Because too much of anything becomes dangerous, I’m taking a well needed break from all social media - Freeing back time in my day and focus on the important: Staying present. #allwehaveisnow#remainpresent#leanin
Females in Food VIP member enrolment opens on 8 May. We open and close enrolment so we can focus on women who really want to make their dream a reality in the food & drinks industry. Our membership includes many opportunities if you really want them. The members I see who do the best, are those who introduce themselves to others in the in members Facebook club, who watch our Prosperity Packages (think distribution, food labelling and food & drink packaging and branding) and connect with other women in food or drinks online or at one of our events. There's a lot on offer for you to help you shoot for the stars. I'm around to answer your questions or to coach you. If you want to stop talking and instead #backyourself then Females in Food VIP membership is for you. Like anything it's what you make it. If this sounds like you, make sure you don't miss out, join our waitlist and get some bonus goodies while you wait. When you join the waitlist, we'll notify you when enrolment opens. See our link in bio. Leg day Sunday, anyone?? Bookmark it ✔️ Before you comment something rude about my deadlift form please know I don’t do them very often and I’m new to it (I usually just do dumbbell RDLs) so please be nice! If you have any advice on fixing my form I’m open to it but just be kind lol. 1️⃣ Hip thrustsss. New to these too. Tried putting 1 25 plate on each side but it hurt my hips too much and I didn’t have anything to cushion so I went with just the bar. 3 sets of 10-12 2️⃣ Deadlifts. This is the highest weight I’ve ever deadlifted so I’m proud of myself. Gotta work on correct grip though and not grabbing the bar w/ my whole hand because then it hurts reallll bad. 4 sets of 5. 3️⃣ Barbell RDLs. Love these. 3 sets of 12. 4️⃣ Kettlebell wider-stance squats. Not necessarily sumo wide, but wider than shoulder length. 3 sets of 10. 5️⃣ Kettlebell single leg RDLs. I’m trying to not depend on a wall or holding onto something while doing these and working on my balance but it’s hard. I find that when I hold onto something I get that mind to muscle connection better but I’m always looking to challenge myself. I did 3 sets of 8 each leg.
