First off, sorry for the non swipey vids, buttt today’s at home shoulder workout consisted of super sets back to back soo the videos had to be one😅 SO. I wanted more of an intense workout than just using 10lb dumbbells, so I thought ab how to do that, and came up with the idea of adding 5lb ankle weights to my wrists!!! Improvising with at home workouts is so fun to me😆 I did 10-12 reps for each exercise and did 4 sets for each super set. This at home workout had my shoulders burning! Who ever says the gyms the only place you can have a killer workout obviously isn’t doing something right 🤭 If you have a backyard, SAVE DISSSS, your shoulders will love ya after mwahahaha!
I had so many excuses lined up this morning when I woke up. I have bronchitis, my watch didn’t charge last night, do I really have enough time, I want to watch Rise. I told my excuses to shove it, took my inhaler, and pushed myself hard with 30 minutes of run, sprint, hills, on the treadmill and it was all worth it to pull into the driveway and see this gorgeous sunrise.
