What an amazing day. It was an incredible experience to meet the brand ambassadors and connect in person. So much energy in the room. Such an incredible group of strong, smart and centered women. #letsdothis #repost @run4allwomen (@get_repost) ・・・ From the classroom to the road, our second #run4allwomen summit was a success. Remember these faces and follow them because we’ve got big plans ahead! Many thanks to our ambassadors who joined us virtually as well. 📸by @alacrityamir • • • • • #womensrunning #womensrunningcommunity #istandwithpp #womenshealth #midtermrun #midtermelections #resist #harlemrun #novemberproject #np_nyc

I know “racial bias” training can sound like a load of hot BS to a lot of people, but at least it’s a step acknowledging mistakes and attempting some sort of corrective action. Why aren’t similar steps regularly taken to address police violence towards the black community? How are fitness chains and coffee retailers holding themselves to higher standards than the people we trust to protect the public?
