How many times have you ever seen a bridge leading to a beach before? The locals were more concerned about how much the drone cost and we were just thinking, ‘but there’s a bridge leading to the beach!’ Such a beautiful beach again in Kannur, our gem we found in north Kerala. Read more about this place on my blog now (link in bio!) PS Day 4 of Base camp trek today, not sure I’ll get anymore internet over the next week!
#tbt To the last time I did something my heart guided me to do, against all recommendation. I love the irony of this photo. While going to the #elloracaves brought an inner calm of a unique & inspirational kind...getting there...nearly wore me down. (As, was warned!🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈) . Arriving exhausted & sleep deprived from travel on the “sleeper” busses, bloated from too much bad-Indian-road-food...sore from shlepping too much luggage. Cranky, mostly because of the too much luggage between me & travel bud (she over packed & I got loaded down after I got bamboozled in Hampi🤣🤣) Sigh...oh, travel...how I miss you. . Seeing it all as yoga has afforded me a multitude of opportunities to watch my own reactions & practice cultivating inner peace. No. Matter. What. . As I plan my next adventure, wonder...what adventures, sights, learning, & people will it bring??? . #incredibleindia#remembering#travelmemories#meditate#breathe#travelplanning#itsallyoga#ifwepayattention#adventure#globetrotter#travel#yogilife#yoga#india
“Because when you stop and look around, this life is pretty amazing.” Dr Seuss. After another wonderful season of sharing adventures in the Great Thar desert with our guests at SUJÁN The Serai, this image, captured one of our sundowner excursions already has us yearning for September again! #sujantheserai#sujanlife#jaisalmer#sujansafari
