Where does our trash go? For most Americans, household trash simply disappears after it is put out for curbside pickup. For most of its history though, the disposal of waste in #newjersey was primarily a responsibility of individuals. Typically, residents and shopkeepers disposed of garbage on their own properties, in pits dug behind their buildings and homes. Your old house may reveal new charms when you uncover the personal possessions—and with them, the stories—of the people who lived there before you! The items in this photo were found in the backyard of one our Township residents. What have you found in your yard?
Motivation comes and goes. You must set up strategies to make you successful in spite of yourself. For instance, ‼️ hire a coach or make an appointment to meet a friend at the gym ‼️Set your workout clothes and all of your water, supplements, pre and post- workout food out the night before, ‼️Use a food prep service. Those are some ideas that will keep you on a healthy, fit and strong path even when you don’t feel like it. #herfitnessnj#healthyfitstrong#youcandoit#getinspired#motivation#healthyhabits
