Simple hamstring superset routine per email requests. 1️⃣ Laying leg curls. Keep the torso up,force the hips into the pad and curl. 2️⃣ Plate stiff leg deadlifts. Slow the movement down, mechanics are the same as I explained in a previous post w/ the dumbbell(scroll👇🏿my page). Give this a try as a warm up or finisher, 4-5 giant sets...till failure.
