Turns out shooting in a helicopter is a lot harder than it looks. The cabin is always darker which is why the views often get blown out. You need to have a fast enough shutter speed to get a crisp shot with all the movement. But then your ISO can become a problem. Even in the roomier aircrafts, its tight to move around and get a nice frame up. Then in post your editing game needs to be on point. We used a bunch of localized brushes and a healthy dose of dehaze on the windows to get this look on an otherwise cloudy day. Who else has shot in a chopper and can drop some tips?
