Same workout everyday okay??? ——————————————————- There is a lot of controversy on this. About 50% believe that you can do the same workout everyday and 50% believe you cannot. That is because everyone had a different goal in mind when they answer that question. My personal belief is that it depends what your goal is. —————————————————— When it isn’t okay: if you are trying to gain muscle and lose fat. Your body will get used to the same workouts with the same weight and you will stay where you are. You always need to be striving to use heavier weights or dumbbells. Or be running longer and faster. You should ALWAYS be striving for the next best thing when trying to improve physically. —————————————————— When it is okay: if you are just trying to maintain good health. Good health doesn’t meant you need to be a body builder with a 6 pack. If you just want to burn some extra calories and get your heart rate up then doing the same workout over and over again is perfectly fine!
