If you're looking for this person: You'll find her in the mirror. For something to change, you have to change your attitude and/or behavior. • Resistance makes us stronger! Resistance and obstacles are part of our lives. They make us stronger and we learn how to deal with new situations. Michell Kaylee is a personal trainer and nutrition coach from Switzerland. There is nothing better to her than starting off her day with vitality and optimism, and motivating others to do so as well. She understands how important it is to look after and care for your mind and body. However this was not always the case for Michell. As a young adult, working as a hairstylist, parties, fast food, alcohol and cigarettes was her life. This lasted for 3 years. This type of social lifestyle stressed her body. Her physical condition worsened, but she did not notice it as slimness corresponded to a common societal ideal of beauty. She was praised for her appearance by others. The recognition Michell received and self-imposed pressure to maintain her appearance forced her to become increasingly insecure and dissatisfied with herself. She developed an eating disorder and became even thinner as a result. She became engulfed in a loop of self-pity, overwork and resignation. One day, Michell's friend told her to not fight the pain, but rather build up muscle. Weight training was not her cup of tea. She did not want excessive muscle either. She tried out a few training sessions and adjusted her diet. Her initial results made her interested in what this was all about. She learned that a healthy body needs the right attitude, a healthy diet and regular training. All of this positively

First video was filmed today, the second one is from 5 month ago. Today I easily did some strict pull ups in a 7kg @dynamic_shield weight west, 5 month ago I struggled with my own bodyweight. This is exactly the kick I needed before attempting #18point5 tomorrow. I had a really tough week, I worked more than 60hours since Monday, but I don't let life bring me down. The gym is my 2nd home, my safe place. I just have to remember to only try to be better than myself. I don't need to compete with anyone else. As long as I'm better than I was yesterday I'm doing this sh.t right or at least I hope so 😁 #crossfit#crossfituk#crossfitlife#crossfiter#girlswhocrossfit#pullups#trainhard#getfit#keepchippingaway
