Man how I love pushups!!! You can do these anywhere and anytime!! Such a good move to tone muscles, burn calories, and especially feel it in your triceps and and chest! I personally do pushups atleast 3 times a week and sometimes everyday but it’s preference! Your body does amazing things people!! USE IT!😎💪🏽 #commitwithmeer

Basically I drop the lager and cider, and instead take the spirits and low calorie mixers like diet lemonade or monster ultra. I've factored the macros into my daily diet plan, and saved plenty carbs for inevitable McDonald's that'll come when I'm lit later on tonight! _ You don't need to live a boring life if you're a gym rat. Fuck that! Life is made for memories and there is NO need to sacrifice making good ones!
