Thought I would make a post recapping this training cycle. First thing I don’t want to make it seem like I gained 100 lbs of strength on my squat. I’ve always been a gifted squatter which makes sense as to hope it progressed so quickly. A lot of the progress came from my body getting used to handling weight again. On the bench I ended up within 10lbs of a lifetime PR, which I will absolutely beat this calendar year. My deadlift progressed but has always been the most difficult for me. I over achieved in every lift. Special thanks goes out to @coachfaiola as he programmed my training AND helped motivate me to get back in the gym.
