Happy Saturday!! - It’s a dreary, rainy morning here and I’m working on client check-ins, some new projects and looking forward to Church tonight with my family! - I have a lot of new people to my page so I thought today, I’d share 10 random facts about me!🙋🏻♀️ - 1. I was born and raised in Kansas, and have always lived here.🌻 . 2. I have been married almost 13 years to my high school sweetheart, Chris and we have 2 kids, 11 and 9 years old, but I still don’t feel mature enough to have kids that old.👨👩👧👦 . 3. I love Jesus and wouldn’t be where I am at today if He wasn’t in my life!✝️ . 4. I have had 2 back surgeries for herniated disks, the first surgery happened when I was 15 years old. But I don’t let it slow me down.🙌🏻 . 5. I can out eat most people, especially if it’s breakfast food or ice cream.🍦 . 6. I am extremely introverted, but have worked very hard over the last year to get out of my comfort zone and find my passion.✌🏻 . 7. I have rewatched all the seasons of both Grey’s Anatomy and Desperate Housewives, more times than I’d like to admit.😳 . 8. I am very stubborn and don’t like being told I can’t do something. It only makes me push harder and do better at it (like running a half marathon on a stress fracture in my leg).🤷🏻♀️ . 9. I hate taking showers because I’m just going to be at the gym again the next day, so what’s the point?!😂 . 10. I have always hated team sports, because I am super uncoordinated and don’t like objects flying at me. I didn’t grow up as an athlete and still to this day, I just see myself as just an average person. Hence where the name #halfletefitness came from.😎 . 11. Ok I said 10, but I’ve got one more. I LOVE helping other people change their lives for the better, educating people and talking about all things health and fitness. I never knew I could find so much JOY in this passion, and I am so grateful for all the
🚨 FDL Update! 🚨 - So first off, @Khergott sent me this picture of her recreation of my new Protein Bagel Recipe and she absolutely nailed it!! Macros for each bagel in case you were wondering are: 9g Carbs, 2g Fat, 6.5g Protein! - How did @Khergott take such an insane picture!? Well she's taken my FREE iPhone Food Photography Course! We are now closing in on 500 of the best Macro Friendly recipes that you can get instant access to in there. - We also just developed an App for the club that's changed the game! App development cost thousands and thousands of dollars so we are hoping to have access to the 4.2 at some point in the app. Our first goal was to have the Magician Club in there first. - Our plan for the club is to have it be become like a university for Flexible Dieting. You can come in knowing nothing about Flexible Dieting and will be taken on an educational journey that'll teach you step by step how to achieve Nutritional Freedom. - So what if you got the Flexible Dieting Book of Recipes 4.1!? Then rejoice because the 4.2 is coming soon! We have been working tirelessly to get this thing done. I personally thought I was going to be able to handle the edits myself but in order to take this book where I wanted, I had to bring on 4 people to help me. We’ve now logged in over 100 hours of editing this thing. We still have a lot more to go! But we are getting closer !And if you have the 4.1, you know we’ve sent out a ton of exclusive recipes to you guys and are also adding around 20-30 new ones to the 4.2! - So why can’t the 4.1 be added to all the time instead
