Who else is freaking excited about the #lsfspringslimdown bonus week!? 😱🙌🏻 That means there are just over 2 weeks left and, incase you need a little reminder, here are just a few things that can help make sure you CRUSH your goals for this challenge: ✨Eat breakfast 🍳 Healthy fats, proteins and carbs will give you energy! ✨Drink loads of water 2-3L per day ✨Get 7-8hrs is sleep 💤 so your body has time to recover ✨Carry a protein rich snack always so you don’t get hangry and go for junk food ✨Get your challenge & #lsfhbsg workouts in every day ✨Eat your veggies🥦to help flush out your system and keep you full! Girls following the meal plan know veggies are “free” so eat as many as you want all day every day ✨Give your body at least 10-12 hours overnight without eating (while you sleep) .
