My current workout regimen:upper body/lower body/full body circuits each one once a week and then on 1-2 off days cardio for 30-45 mins  If you go hard on the circuit days they act as cardio and weight lifting.  My body doesn't spare muscle much but it holds onto fat like the famine is coming tomorrow so I decided to tweak things and do them more fat loss focused instead of muscle gain. I’m gonna be blunt on this Flex Friday because everyone should be proud to flex what they have. I’m so sick of seeing advertisements to get “fit” showing unrealistic body figures telling you that you need to look that way. I strongly feel all of the ads showing photoshopped photos of people making it seem as if it’s realistic or healthy to be that small is what causes people to have such a negative view of themself. TIP!! Stop looking at those. Love yourself the way you are. Once that happens, that’s when you will forget those stupid advertisements and focus on yourself and your own journey. Then you will start to see your progress that you’re working so hard to build. . .
