MEAL PREP DAY Every week I set aside some time to prepare most of my meals for the week, it might take me 2 hours to do BUT it saves me from cooking daily! I find it easier to eat Healthy when I'm prepared. It doesn't have to be bland, start experimenting there are plenty of tastie recipes that are healthy. Remember protein, carbs, fats and veg 💪 add some variety! #foodporn
b r e a k f a s t . This used to be one of my favourite breakfasts during prep! There are some differences though. In prep I used the lowest carb bread that I could find, here I used light rye. I used strawberries because they are lower carb and I used the fake low cal maple syrup instead of the 100% pure maple syrup used here. This tastes so much better but in prep by the end anything tastes good 😂 MACROS 94C | 3F | 33P & 11 Fibre 545 calories.
