If you want to do handstand push-ups but you refuse to do pike push-ups...... then you don’t actually want handstand push-ups. You need to acquire strength in this pattern before you flip up on the wall and start trying to hit HSPUs in a workout. This was the strength portion of my workout from earlier today. Shoulders didn’t feel up for a full handstand push-up and these were the perfect replacement. Bottom line: Start doing these!!!!
