Bend your legs & place one foot over the other. Lean your upper body slightly forward, retract shoulder blades to the back & flex your hips a little bit. . ⭕Movement: Keeping your shoulders and scapula retracted and stabilised at the back, Go down slowly until you feel intense stretch in your pectorals. Reverse the direction to starting position. . ☑️Instructions: Make sure to avoid excessive swinging of body, doing so introduces momentum in the move which takes away tension from target muscles. .
