Today's session after a full working day...unfortunately my watch is not able to count right. (30km in total) But it's only important, that i know the right amount. 😉 Besides i did that on a treadmill inside a Studio. So mostly had to see my reflection in the window. 😂

For anyone trying to get into #fitness , the number 1 thing is patience. I really wish I could tell you tummy tea / “summer bod in 6 weeks” workouts work, but you may be disappointed. For me personally, I’ve been training regularly since 15, and started the gym just after turning 18. I’m 20 now. I’ve never used protein shakes / supplements. I can’t lie it’s a long haul, but the confidence you get really translates into all areas of your life. Hang in there I promise it’s worth it!! There’s so many myths about dieting/ fitness and it can all be so misleading. I will make a full vid of my #workout / eating habits as soon as exam season is done 😝 P.S I can’t STRESS how important a hype ass Gym playlist is!!
