1st day back in the gym since being sick and surprisingly not fatigued. Usually when coming back from being sick my muscles cramp out or just tire put really really quickly and can take quite a while to get back to where I was pre sick. This time I have tried to be really conscious of what I am eating and how much I'm sleeping, also stress. Trying not to sweat the dumb shit ✨. I have been making these nutrient rich leafy green salads with walnuts, acv dressing and so much good stuff. My body goes through cravings obviously but the healthier I get the better food I crave, which feels really good. Going to set up a float for early this week and lifting back tomorrow 😊. . . P.S if you're in Colorado Springs does anyone know of any good BJJ gyms that are open Sunday's???

I was recently watching a pretty famous YouTuber do a grocery haul and he was buying lots of sugar free & low fat products to start his new diet. When I first got into the fitness scene I too was buying pre workouts, walden farms sugar free syrups, fat free products and all that shiiiit. Then his roommate did a little grocery haul and bought bananas and almond milk and wholesome foods and said, “ why work harder when you can work smarter. “ @joe.knowsbest The entire reason I wanted to write about this is because the FITNESS INDUSTRY & the HEALTH INDUSTRY are very different things. Example: A Quest protein bar = lots of protein which is appealing to some but in reality that bar has dairy and probably over 20 chemicals/ ingredients one could not even pronounce out loud. I don’t track my foods or calories EVER because I eat natural wholesome foods that will sustain my body now and in the future. My body now crave fresh juices, fruits, glow bowls, cocoa nibs and açai because it’s only what my cells know now that i’ve detoxed our all the junk. I understand everyone’s fitness journey is ones own journey but for girls or guys just getting into fitness don’t make my mistake of doing macros and sugar free food, it is hard on the body and takes A LOTTAAAA effort.

On a brighter note, I had a killer back workout today using machines I never use so I had to make the most of ittt! ☺️—————————————————————- I’m in the process of getting a much needed tan lol! Will update you later on how that’s going 🤣 I’ve had a wonderful week celebrating my babe’s birthday & tonight the festivities will continue 🎉 currently on the way to donate blood cause it’s been a few months for me but last time some guy passed out next to me so I’m kinda scarred for life lol 😭
Whenever I get the urge to go below 63.5kg, i look at the 2016 pic and say no thanks 😂🤣. 2014-2016 was the only time I've never had a booty in my life! Before that the peach was 💪🍑🍑🍑😂🤣. So glad I no longer feel the need to cardio myself out or starve myself!!!
