In 1 Corinthians Chapter 9, verses 17 and 18, we find the apostle Paul explaining his opportunity to be a steward in relationship of service to his fellow man and his Savior Jesus Christ. As a musician I can relate greatly to this! My very special belief is that all music should be free. I teach Saxophone lessons on Tuesdays, and it’s always a very exciting time. Technically because of my great gifts with the instrument, the lessons are supposed to be free. My gift with the saxophone comes from God and God alone. That gift has been supported by teachers, parents, friends, enemies, and just about everybody I’ve met throughout my entire professional career. Therefore I cannot claim this extraordinary gift for myself! The only reason that I charge for lessons is because some people deserve the opportunity to reciprocate with that with which they have been blessed. That’s all.
#bibleverse#corintios#micron#versiculo#lettering#flowers#jesus
We are are the church. So if we make up the church that means we have equity in the church. Having equity in something means you are invested for the long term. We are not made to just bless people on a Sunday, we are invested in Jesus and each other Monday through to Sunday!
