THE 4TH EXERCISE THAT HELPS FIGHT CELLULITE -  PISTOL SQUAT This is a great exercise to melt away saddlebags and get a shapely backside.  It’s an advanced lower body movement.  If you need to, hold onto a rail or chair for balance.  Do 3 sets working within the 12 - 15 rep range.  For more of a challenge add a free weight or plate.  1.  Stand with your feet hip distance apart, toes pointed forward.  2. Extend left leg long out in front of your body. All your weight will now be on the right leg.  3. Bring your arms to the front of your body for balance.  4. Sit back into a squat and slowly lower your body as far as you can, while using your arms for balance.  You will be able to go lower the more you do this exercise....it will take some practice.  5. Push yourself back up to standing position using your glute and hamstring muscles.  6. Repeat for the desired  number of reps then switch sides.
