Some weekends even this food blogger needs time off from thinking...and cooking. So I always turn to my trusty sidekick @traderjoes for a delicious tapas-style dinner. Featured here: truffle pâté, smoked salmon dip, cornichons, cherry tomatoes, truffle cheddar, Camembert, and some savory crackers. Perfect with a glass of red and a wish the weekend wasn’t over yet.
Happy Sunday! If you’re meal prepping for the week OR you love pizza OR you’re human 🙋🏾♀️🍕you’re going to want to try these Cauliflower Pizza Bites! Great for adults, kids, college students, me 😂, anyone with a pulse basically! Crispy, gets that craving and mela-prep friendly! The link to the recipe is in my bio! https://jessicainthekitchen.com/cauliflower-pizza-bites-gluten-free/
Roti bread, Pad See Ew, Chicken Wings, and Thai Tea. This decadence was delightful (as is alliteration), but I’m glad to be back on track with my own meal prep after taking a week off. 🎉🎉🎉 I’m making portobello pizzas, Mexican chicken with cauliflower rice, chia seed coconut cream fruit bowls, and fudge fat bomb bites. Check out my Stories to see a little behind the scenes action! ❤️❤️
Did you catch the recipe (link in bio 👆🏻) I posted recently for a riff on my mama's Sweet & Sour Meatballs? I made them again last weekend, I think you should, too - and I suggest a double batch so you have leftovers for the freezer 💃 With @tropicana_ca Pure Premium 100% Orange Juice 🍊🍊🍊#tropicanapartner
For some reason I have a hard time doing easy dinners. I try to make eggs and then I’m adding a million different elements to complicate and jazz them up. This tortellini with garlic chile oil and feta is the ultimate in easy. You can eat it hot or cold, whip it up ahead of time, and complicate the crap out of it if it just isn’t enough for you. 😂How are you keeping dinnertime easy this week?
