Want a quick dinner after work? Don't want to spend more than 30 minutes cooking? Want something tasty? Try dan dan noodles ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HOW TO MAKE IT =============== 2 servings 200 grams of fresh or frozen noodles Sauce: 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns 1/2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp black vinegar 1 tsp hot chili oil 1 tbsp sesame paste Topping: 100g ground pork 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp minced ginger 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp black vinegar 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil Cilantro or green onion 1. Boil noodles according to package instructions and then rise in cold water. 2. Toast Sichuan peppercorn in a small pan and then grind into powder. 3. In same pan, heat soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar until melted. 4. Pour sauce mixture, chili oil, and add sesame paste to ground peppercorns. Mix until fully integrated. 5. In the same pan, heat vegetable oil in pan and stir in ginger and garlic until fragrant 6. Add in ground pork and cook until brown. 7. Mix noodles, sauce and meat together.
