🐠KOKOTXAS DE MERLUZA REBOZADAS🐟 . Throwing it back today to my birthday last month. My first dish as a 25 year old was this: kokotxas de merluza rebozadas. It’s kind of hard to translate, but basically a kokotxa is the fish’s double chin. Mmm sounds kind of gross, but tastes super good! This was my first time having “breaded hake double chin” and probs won’t have it again for awhile because it’s unique to País Vasco! Definitely recommended if you find yourself in San Sebastián.
