Weightlifting day 12 . . Had an awesome session this morning hit snatches up to 85% then tried a new wider jerk grip which was good and fast. Finished the day with 4 x 2 at 90% on the backsquat! Yesterday was weightlifting day 10 and I had some muscle snatches and dnatch pulls.  Today tho! Weightlifting day 11! . . Did a drill I wasn't sure if I would be able to do, close grip snatches. It was an excellent drill to practice faster more efficient turnover. Second day back after it felt real good. Started the day with some real light power snatches-then moved on to some double clean and double jerks-before finishing the day with some clean pulls. I hate clean pulls lol. But getting better at those will definitely help me get batter at keeping the bar closer to the body 👍 . Everything felt pretty speedy today. Solid day of lifting this afternoon! . . Hit 220lb x 6 on da bench then went up to 266lb x 2. I have hit 260lb plus countless times but today I hit it with my butt down the whole time which I have never done lol PR? . . Started with some sumo deadlifts before bench tho and hit 428lb x 4 and then 451lb x 2 which both felt pretty solid considering I haven't pulled sumo since early January. My knee sleeve tried to attack me on my second rep at 451lb lol. . . . One of my favorite squat story comes from one of my clients @chrisb1506  When Chris first started training he could not perform a squat below parallel, had no core stability and his knees were aways collapsing in. Almost a year later and this dude squatted 265 to depth with solid form.
