Strawberry Banana Smoothie . Ingredients: 2 c frozen strawberries 1 ripe banana 1 scoop vanilla @lovellanutrition protein 1/4 c almond milk Directions: Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You will need to stop and scrape the sides as you go. The mixture will be very thick. If you desire a thinner smoothie, add another 1/4 cup of almond milk. Pour into a serving glass and top with more berries. Enjoy!
Banana Coconut Chia Seed Protein Pudding . Ingredients: 1/2 c chia seeds 1/2 c full fat coconut milk 1 c almond milk 1 scoop Vanilla @lovellanutrition Protein 1/4 c honey 1 banana, sliced coconut chips for topping Directions: In a large mason jar, stir together the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk and honey. Top with a lid and chill for at least 6 hours. Once chilled, stir in the protein powder until well mixed. Separate into serving glasses and layer with sliced banana and top with coconut chips.
